Tropical Tea

1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz sour mix
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz grenadine

Pour ingredients in a pint glass filled with ice. Shake and serve garnished with a lemon wedge.
