Sweet Sunset

1 1/2 oz Light rum
2 1/2 oz passion fruit juice concentrate
2 oz sweet and sour
1 oz strawberry puree

Combine all ingredients, except strawberry puree, in a blender wit hice and blend until smooth. Pour strawberry puree into a hurricane glass. Pour blended mixture into the glass which will cause the strawberry puree to splash up the inside of the glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice, orchid, and cherry.
