Pineapple Mint Cooler

2 oz. Gin
1 oz White Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz club soda

Shake all ingredients, except the club soda, with ice and pour into a collins glass. Top with club soda and serve with a pineapple slice and mint sprig.
