Pineapple Cocktail
 
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Pour ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake lightly and strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve garnished with a pineapple slice and orchid.
