Outrigger

1 oz. Peach Brandy
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz Rose’s Lime Juice

Pour ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve garnished with a pineapple slice.
