Missionary’s Downfall 2
1 oz Light Rum 1/2 oz Peach Brandy 1/3 oz simple syrup 1/2 oz fresh lime juice 2 wedges fresh pineapple (about 2 oz fruit) 6-8 leaves fresh spearmint
Place pineapple, mint leaves, and simple syrup in a mixing glass and muddle very well. Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake. Serve in a 14 oz double old fashioned glass garnished with a mint sprig and slice of pineapple.
