Mai Tai 3 (This is the best one I’ve ever had, from the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel)
1 ½ oz Gold Rum 1 ½ oz Dark Rum 1 oz lemon juice concentrate 1/3 oz simple syrup 1/3 oz orange curacao 1/3 oz orgeat syrup
Pour all ingredients in a double old fashioned glass, fill the glass with crushed ice, and serve garnished with a pineapple wedge and vanda orchid.
