Mai Tai 2 (the “original” Don the Beachcomber recipe, or as close to that as I could find....)
1 1/2 oz Myers’s Dark Rum 1 oz Cuban Gold Rum 1/2 oz Cointreau 3/4 oz fresh lime juice 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice 2 dashes Agnostura bitters dash Pernod
Pour ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a double old fashioned glass, leaving one lime wedge in the glass. Serve garnished with mint sprigs and a pineapple spear.
