Lava Flow 1

2 oz Light Rum
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut syrup
1 oz cream
1 oz strawberry puree.

Pour all ingredients, except the strawberry puree, in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Pour the strawberry puree into the bottom of a hurricane glass, then pour the blended mixture into the glass causing the strawberries to splash up the inside of the glass. Serve with a pineapple slice and orchid.
