Island Hummer
 
1 oz White Creme de Menthe
1 oz Brandy
3 oz vanilla ice cream

Combine ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Serve in a double old fashioned glass garnished wit ha sprig of mint and lime wheel.
