Hawaii Kai Swizzle
1 oz Gold Rum 1 oz Demerara Rum (86 proof) 1/2 oz Falernum 2 oz lime juice 1 oz orange juice 1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz grapefruit juice 1 teaspoon sugar dash Agnostura bitters
Pour all ingredients in a blender with a small amount (about 1 cup) of crushed ice and blend until smooth. Pour resulting mixture into a double old fashioned glass filled with rock ice. Serve garnished with a pineapple spear and orchid.
