Golden Colada

1 1/2 oz Amaretto
1 1/2 oz Mt. Gay Eclipse Gold Rum
1 oz coconut syrup
3 oz pineapple juice

Pour ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Serve in a hurricane glass garnished with a pineapple slice and bamboo orchid.
